A workshop for Santal teachers was held at the RSV on 30 September 2012 at Ghosaldanga, situated about 10 km away from the town Bolpur and the University of Santiniketan.
The school is part of projects undertaken by the Ghosaldanga Adibasi Seva Sangha (GASS). It aims at the all-round development of the Santal population in two Santal villages, viz. Ghosaldanga and Bishnubati.
